Spacious twin room with a bathroom and a cozy bed 🛏️. The location is super convenient, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to Calle de San Juan. You don't have to worry about parking because there is private parking available right under the hotel.

I already knew the hotel as much its facilities as its location and surroundings; the breakfast is very good, no more is needed. The attention of the staff is satisfactory. On this occasion I was grateful that the room gave on to Gran Via; on other occasions we have been sent to rooms overlooking the backyard and opening the curtains produces terrors. The cafeteria hours are not met (they indicate that they open at 8pm and actually do so at 8.30pm; we are left with some people for that reason. What I regret is that the car park cannot accommodate large vehicles and we have to go to the nearest public car park.
The neighbors who occupied the room on the upper floor the night of Friday 8 to Saturday 9 (November 2019) - room 403 - (on this occasion we were accommodated in room 303) disturbed us a lot by making noise as if changing furniture and jumping around 2:15 in the morning. It was very uncomfortable and we had to call the reception to ask for their attention, because they woke us up and we could not go back to sleep because of the noises (they seemed anything but people).

The hotel was absolutely beautiful - clean, impressive interior. The location was incredible and Logrono itself is a lovely large town.
Areas for improvement - tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. Also, I haven't come across a hotel that doesn't have an iron and ironing board available for its guests. Staff could have been friendlier.

location is perfect, right in the centre of Logroño. We were a large group of friends and we stayed in double, triple and quadruple rooms. All the rooms were very spacious, modern, cozy, clean and beds were super comfortable. quadruple rooms have a double bed and two folding beds. comfort of the folding beds was our main concern, since we were all adults and they are usually designed for children, we were pleasantly surprised, they were exactly as comfortable as the others. overall price for a group of 15 people was much better than what we found in other apartment type accommodations, obviously, quality of a 4 star hotel, nothing to see. Moreover, halfway through our stay, we received the news that they were extending our checkout on Sunday until 14:00, without even asking for it. had never happened to me before in any accommodation. 10 at Mercure.
We didn't opt for breakfast, we thought it was a bit expensive. The 10 euros that it costs gives for several breakfasts in the cafeteria downstairs.

The private Garage facility was most useful
This Hotel although on a main street, was most difficult to locate as it did not have a Hotel sign that was easily visible from the main road,in either direction.Although Hotel had cafe and restaurant, both were closed.

I had new-fashioned single room with a super shower, comfortable bed, as for instance. The hotel staff was welcoming and polite. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, close to good transport links to other main towns, train station, bus station and Calle Laurel and restaurants and bars near the cathedral.
Facilities were modern, yet Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
